Benefits of H20
Being a runner I'm always told to drink water so I don't feel dehydrated, but I've always wondered what other benefits are there to drinking water. Below are just a few reasons why H20 is the way to go!

2. Prevents cramps and sprains.
Lately on runs I've noticed I haven't really been getting cramps and I owe it all the water.
3. Improves skin complexion.
Water is 60% of your body so what harm will be done with adding more!
4. Helps maintain bodily functions.
Your body needs water in order to regulate itself so if you don't have enough you'll feel bad.
5. Healthy Kidneys.
Water is essential when it comes to kidney function and without it properley functioning a kidney transplant could be in your future.
That's really cool that you're a runner, that's a really healthy lifestyle to choose! I have a bad habit of not drinking enough water, but your post motivated me into pushing myself a little further :)
